 Photography Sessions

Due to the nature of fixed costs, planning, and booking time off to accommodate creation session, if for any reason you are unable to make your scheduled date. One date change may be made if there's availability for your preferred date. No refunds will be given.

Paige Harker reserves the rights to all photos and videos created by her during each session By agreeing to partake in this session, you agree to her promotional use.

You are also waiving all rights to take legal action if an event of unexpected injury, illness, or accidental trauma may occur.

If you are running late, you agree that your session will need to be shortened to respect both parties time. This will reflect the amount of content that is created, and the best potential outcome for your sessions.

If you yourself get sick or chose you’re unfit to make the session, it’s up to your travel insurance to reimburse you.

Mentorship Sessions

By submitting a payment, you acknowledge you understand the following:

Whether you pay in full or on instalments, you are purchasing the entirety of a Container of Mentorship.

By submitting a payment, you acknowledge there are no refunds or cancellations.

In the event of a defaulted payment, you will be removed from all containers immediately unless a grace period is established in your communication with us.

In the event of unforeseen and severe extenuating circumstances, an exit strategy will be offered for the best interest of all.

Paige Harker cannot and does not give any guarantees on results or earnings with the information, sessions, programs, plans, tools, or strategies.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, create derivative works, transmit, or distribute any part of Paige’s content, sell or offer it for sale.
